Cases of cholera Rise to 600,000 ,2048 Deaths in Yemen :Report

World Health Organization (WHO) said that cholera deaths in Yemen have risen to 2,048, while cholera has exceeded 600,000.
According to data of World Health Organization and Yemeni Ministry of Health, number of cases of cholera in Yemen since its outbreak in April amounted to 612703 cases.

“The rate of cholera per day is estimated at 3,000.”

In a report at the end of August, World Health Organization (WHO) reported a rise in cholera deaths in Yemen to 2018 since April 27, noting that 565,141 cases were registered in 22 out of 23 governorates , And in 300 departments in Yemen, out of 333.
Cholera epidemic in Yemen is the largest epidemic in the world, due to the aggression and siege by countries of Saudi-American aggression alliance for more than two and a half years, which left a huge destruction in infrastructure and health facilities.
